Composed of 70% Roditis and 30% Assyrtiko varietals, the Enipeas blend is named after the river that runs through the Brintziki winery. This wine has pronounced floral aromas and complementary flavors of tropical fruit, ripe stonefruit, poached pears, and warm citrus. Crisp acidity and an elegant finish. Fermented with native yeast at 18°C in stainless steel tanks for almost 10 days. Maturation over lees for two months.
